Dear All

I started on Humira six weeks ago and have had three injections. This is after failing on Enbrel. I now have a stinking cold and have not had one for two years. I am being positive as I hope that this means that the Humira is now killing off my immune system which is, I think, what it is supposed to be doingConfused My joints are also feeling slightly better. I could not take my Methotrexate this weekend because of the cold so am expecting to slow down a little this week. But all in all I do not feel too bad. The overwhelming tiredness seems to be easing a little.

It is a little bizarre being happy about a cold.

Jackie

Hi Jackie,

It's good to hear that you are now feeling beneficial effects from the enbrel but sorry about the cold, hope it clears up soon.

Love, Doreen xx

Hi Jackie,I hope the cold is not long lasting, did you have to stop the humira while having a cold? as im due to start soon! as was under the impression that any cold/virus etc you had to stop untill you were better!! or have I misunderstood, which is more liklyLOL
This was my only concern as not having the humira maybe more flares??

Take care corinne x
